One big option I think you should consider: Doing a cruise.  What!  You heard us.  A crusie is perfect for any employer function or business trip/conference.  Here's why: your employees have a very limited range in terms of where they can go.  There won't be running off and dodging meetings like there could be with hotel based trips.  No matter what, employees won't be very far away.

Most employees will love the idea of being on a ship, having their meals provided for, having amazing service that you can only find on a cruise ship.  When they're not in a meeting, they can enjoy amazing amenities and entertainment.

If your company is large enough, you could possibly charter out the whole vessel.  Keep in mind, this is a huge ordeal and only a very limited amount of businesses can meet the requirements.  Still, if you think you might be able to, contact us and we can talk about the details involved.
